  • Maybe you’re a teen, or parent of a teen who’s seeking self-discovery, struggling with social pressures, hoping to find confidence, or in need of support to achieve your goals in high school, or beyond.

  • Maybe you’re a young adult who struggles with low self-confidence/self-esteem, anxiety that gets in the way of living your fullest life, and/or unprocessed trauma.

  • Children and adolescents ages 8-13, teens, and Young Adults (18-30s)

    • anxiety & depression

    • emotional regulation

    • trauma

    • EMDR

    • life transitions

    • relationship issues

    • self-esteem

    • ADHD

Children: I specialize in helping children (and parents) improve emotional regulation and behavioral problems. For example, I’ve worked with many families where parents have felt tapped out, and at a loss as how to help their child with issues related to anxiety, anger, and a general struggle with managing big feelings. Being a little kid is hard, and so is being a parent! I am committed to working with both you and your child, to find a new normal, and help the entire family address issues to improve connection, and find more peace at home.

Teens & Young Adults: I also have a lot of experience working with teens and young adults typically struggling with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues and/or those living with ADHD.

  • I'm deeply passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults facing anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. For parents seeking treatment for their child, I offer comprehensive support, working closely with both your family and child. Together, we'll delve into your story, navigate your complexities, and address all emotions and thoughts. We will create goals to overcome obstacles, foster positive thinking, and enhance self-confidence & self-esteem to make this your best life possible.

  • I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a masters degree in social work, with over 5 years of experience in the field. Additionally, I’ve worked as a behavior therapist for young children and adolescents. I am EMDR trained, CBT & DBT trained, and in the process of becoming trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I value evidence-based training and will be TF-CBT trained in the near future to further assist clients with a PTSD diagnosis.
