“Healing occurs in the presence of empathy, where the wounds of the past can be safely explored and transformed.” - Heinz Kohut

Whether you’re seeking clarity around a life challenge or striving for more profound, long-term change, therapy with me provides a safe, collaborative space. I will work with you to examine patterns that may be disrupting relationships, hindering you from reaching your goals, or contributing to a diminished sense of self. Together, we’ll foster insight, self-compassion, and resilience, creating new pathways toward fulfillment and transformation.

I believe psychotherapy offers a transformative, growth-fostering relationship, one that deepens self-understanding, nurtures agency, and creates meaningful, lasting change. In our work together, we’ll explore your feelings, choices, losses, and goals, building the foundation for a healthier and more fulfilling life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, depressed, isolated, or overwhelmed by traumatic or ambiguous losses. I help them navigate these challenges, fostering healing, resilience, and the opportunity for profound personal growth.

I am committed to helping you explore and process the complexities of your past, and empowering you to find healing, peace and clarity. Together, we’ll create a space where growth and transformation are possible.
